Who are Joseph and Sue?

I named my shop after my parents. I am grateful to have my real life heroes be my best buds too.

When will my order ship?

From your purchase date, Joseph + Sue will take 2-5 business days to process, package and ship your order. (Business days are from Monday-Friday; excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is en route, you will receive a shipping confirmation through Paypal. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Orders shipped outside the U.S. typically take about 1-2 weeks for delivery from ship date. Please note that these orders are subject to regular custom duties and fees levied by the destination country.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Disocver or regular account payments all through PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, simply click the “Don’t have a PayPal Account?” option at check out.

What is your return policy?

In general, unworn and unwashed items can be exchanged within 2 weeks of receipt. Please include your original packing slip along with your return. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.

If the product was defective or if we goofed big time, it can be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you with no additional shipping cost.

Where are these drawings from?

All images are original hand drawings using the latest technology in no.2 pencils, Magic Rub Erasers and varying Sharpies.
